Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy

At Ta.Ank, we take great care to ensure every piece is thoroughly inspected before it reaches you. We want you to love what you receive — and if something is not right, we are here to make it right.
Our Returns Policy
All purchases are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and images before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please reach out to us at support@taankjewels.com — we are happy to help.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Orders cancelled before dispatch: We will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders cancelled after dispatch: We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please wait for delivery and contact us if there is an issue with your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of your order being marked as delivered by the courier.
To raise a claim, please email us at support@taankjewels.com with the following:

Your order number

Clear photos or a short unboxing video of the item and its condition

Photos of the packaging as received
Once we have reviewed and verified your claim, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item. If the exact item is unavailable, we will offer you store credit of equal value or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Damaged Items in Stack or Combo Orders
If you have ordered a stack or combo and one or more pieces arrive damaged or defective, we will replace only the specific affected piece(s). You do not need to return the entire stack. The same 48-hour claim window and photo/video requirement applies.
Refunds
Refunds are processed in the following situations:

Your order was cancelled before dispatch

A replacement is not available for a damaged or defective item

We are unable to fulfil your order for any reason on our end
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
Unboxing Video — Strongly Recommended
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video from the moment you open your package. This is the most effective way to support any claim related to damage, defect, or missing items.
While an unboxing video is not mandatory, claims submitted without photo or video evidence may be more difficult to process and could result in delays or ineligibility for replacement.
Important Notes

Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging to be eligible for replacement.

The 48-hour claim window begins from the time your order is marked as delivered by the courier — not from when you open the package.

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery confirmation may not be eligible for replacement.

Slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to lighting and screen differences. These are not considered defects.

Natural wear over time is not covered under our replacement policy.

Ta.Ank reserves the right to refuse a replacement if the claim does not meet the conditions outlined above.
