At Ta.Ank, we aim to deliver your jewelry safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp within a few minutes. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox.

If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at support@taankjewels.com and we will look into it right away.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Within India

We currently ship across India through trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other locations: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, or other factors outside our control such as weather conditions or high-demand periods.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to expand to international delivery in the future — stay tuned!

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999

  • Standard shipping fee of ₹100 on orders below ₹999

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

Payment Method

We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time. All major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking options are accepted at checkout via our secure payment gateway.

Express Shipping

If you need your order delivered faster, express shipping may be available depending on your location. Please contact us at support@taankjewels.com before placing your order to check availability and applicable charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via email and WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your order in real time directly on the courier partner's website.

If you face any issues with tracking or your order has not moved in 48 hours, please reach out to us and we will follow up with our logistics partner on your behalf.

Lost or Delayed Orders

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasionally orders may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@taankjewels.com with your order number. We will investigate promptly and ensure your order reaches you or arrange an appropriate resolution.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing your order. Ta.Ank is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address information.

  • In case of a failed delivery attempt, the courier partner will typically try redelivery or hold the package at a nearby facility. Please check your tracking link for updates.

  • Delivery timelines may occasionally vary during sale periods, festive seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
